The company is currently led by Mr Ravi Ghai (Chairman) and Mr Gaurav Ghai (Vice Chairman). While our headquarters are in Mumbai, India, we have subsidiaries in the UAE as well as the UK. In the Middle East, we manufacture and sell ice creams through our subsidiary, Pure Ice Creams, in Sharjah.
Our History
Founded all the way back in 1939 in delhi, the graviss group has had a very successful and eventful history of being pioneers of india’s f&b industry.

1939 - Founding of Graviss Group
Mr I.K. Ghai establishes Graviss Group, then known as the Ghai Group

1942 - Created very own Ice Creams
Mr Ghai starts making his own ice creams and selling them in Delhi

1952 - 1st Factory in Mumbai
The company opens up the first Kwality ice cream factory in Mumbai

1977 - 1st Factory in Sharjah
The Group opens up its first factory in the Middle East in Sharjah

1978-1989 - Factory Expansion
10 more factories are opened up across India and the Middle East

1993 - Baskin Robbins into India (Master Franchise)
Graviss Group brings Baskin Robbins to India

1996 - Sold Kwality India to HUL
Graviss Group sells its India arm of Kwality to HUL
